Green ScreenDay is more than just a dayโit's a movement encouraging children to reduce screen time by repurposing their use of digital devices and shifting focus towards creativity. Launched by iConnect Lab, our Green Screen Day program supports educators and parents in repurposing digital habits for young children in preschools and primary schools children, providing resources to foster a balanced, healthier relationship with the internet and technology.
Why Green Day?
In todayโs digital age, children are spending more time on screens than ever before. Studies have shown that excessive screen time can negatively impact children's physical health, mental well-being, and social skills.
Green Screen Day empowers children to reduce screen time by transforming digital screens into creative art tools, fostering a healthier, more balanced relationship with technology.
